That attention to detail is key, especially in a large undertaking where it's easy to get distracted by big obvious, or quite frankly, more interesting pieces in our COVID-19 era. One such detail is that hand washing for 20 seconds is significantly more effective than doing so for shorter periods before February, this detail, wasn't one we paid much attention to, but now we know that a few more seconds, maybe the difference between staying safe or becoming infected.
