And I have to say that for those of us that are fortunate enough to have Zen Buddhist practice and training, my God, we're kind of built for this, to be honest. I mean, the, the, the training that we have, the perspective that we bring to bear the kind of spiritual intelligence. I mean, come on guys, we're talking about equanimity and compassion in the face of impermanence and change, being able to, well to let go and to connect with what is so, I mean, you know, here we are, right?
