You should first and foremost act responsibly. Follow the public health instructions: wash your hands frequently, don’t touch your face, maintain social distance, and don’t go to crowded places. From the practice perspective, you should keep the right frame of mind. Whatever simple practices you have learned to keep you grounded in the present moment, do them, to keep your mind ready for whatever you have to face.
