Analogies to Mythic Narratives

Text of excerpt, if available

Carnation cannot be replaced by technology. So, so whenever we do come back, think about it. Whenever we do come back, corporate worship is going to have a whole new meaning for us. I really believe it to be able to share the same loaf of bread drink from the same cup during communion. And the meantime, we'll just have to figure out how to do that differently. And I'll say more about that later, because I do think we can still participate in communion together. And as I said in the video earlier in the week, we are still in LA and we are going to remain in lint until we are back in the sanctuary together. And then it is going to be Easter Sunday. That, that wasn't a metaphor. I was being serious. We are inland and we'll be in lint until, until we're back in this building and we are going to celebrate the risen Jesus together. Okay. Something else I want you to think about as we are, are creatively imagining what it means to be the church and to do the church and be more missional as a church and this opportunity that we've been given.
