Maybe you might even want to put your hand on your chest to encourage yourself. The Bible says David encouraged himself in the Lord. Just place your hand on your chest to say the Lord is with me. He's not forsaken me. He is faithful. He is for me. If God, before us, who can be against us, I want to pray for you right now.
