Text of excerpt, if available

before I left Miami I met this young man and his mother and his sisters. They're all homeless. Talk about being stuck every day. He would have to carry around everything in the world that he owned because he had no clue where he would be sleeping at night. His mother had a job, but because they're homeless, she can't get the extra hours that are available to her because they have to be at the shelter by 6:00 PM every day and beloved for four months for four long months, this young man who's today would make all of us want to give up this young man who for four months, he would hide in the bathroom of his high school and wait for the janitor to leave so that he and his mother, that he could let his mother and sister in through the back gate so that they could have somewhere to sleep at night so that they would have somewhere to shower at night. But because today was not his tomorrow, he used, he would use the light on the cell phone to do his homework. But because it's tech, his today was not his tomorrow. Even though he could sleep at night because of his situation, he used the light on his phone to stay up a little while longer and to do extra credit homework, come on somebody. But because today Was not his tomorrow, the same homeless young man with every reason not to achieve when asked why he was, how he was doing in high school, said that he slacked off a little bit this past semester. But because today was not his tomorrow, the same homeless young man had earned a GPA of a 4.6 and earn a full academic scholarship to study business at the university of Florida. I'm trying to tell somebody that no matter how stuck you feel, keep pushing. Even when you feel like you deserve better, keep pushing. When you're getting tired, keep pushing. You got to keep pushing. Especially when you feel pushed out and pushed over every step you take, God has a way of weaving it into your purpose and entering it into your destiny, making it a part of your story. So even if I put my self in exile, because I made a mistake, God can still use it.
