But there's one thing that we need to understand when the time of trouble for you is not in the future, but is today. Jesus is there. When the children you have brought up, as Christians have left the values that you have given to them in the heartache of your life, God is there when your heart is broken because your marriage is falling apart. When you've lost your job. When you get a routine physical, and the doctor discovers that you have terminal cancer, when you're going through the flames of life. And it seems that you're being consumed with discouragement and depression through your tears, because in the flames of your life, Jesus is there in the heartache of your life. Jesus is there in the disappointment of your life. Jesus is there.
