Analogies to Mythic Narratives

And just like these two little boys, you know, I believe the same thing can happen with us. You know, when we let that selfishness in that old sin nature to rise to the stock, that rise to the top, you know, even the apostle Paul, when you stopped to think about it over in apostle it over and Romans chapter seven, the apostle Paul struggled with this himself, you know, you know, just because when we get saved, you know, that doesn't cancel out our, the old nature, the old nature is there. What happens really is you gain a new nature. And so, because you gained the new nature, that old nature, wanting your own plans, your own ways, your own desires is still there. And so that's what makes this struggle.
