Well, one of the safest places to be in Florida is that the national hurricane center in Miami, this multi-million dollar structure has 10 inch concrete walls designed to withhold the force of 130 mile an hour winds. It was designed to provide a safe environment for people working, who monitor the hurricanes. Now, when other residents leave, they choose to stay. But behind those walls, they are safe. So when God says that he is a refuge is saying he is our hurricane center
