And we're always going to depend on that, that wrong source. And that's what an addiction is. It's a wrong way of meeting a need. Like there's certain thought patterns that we embrace that are familiar to us. And this is the principle that I want to show you because when you are afraid, when we are afraid, when we're anxious, we're always going to reach out to that, which is familiar when you're anxious. You're always going to reach out to that, which is familiar.
